Please read the following carefully.

TICKETS
Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process. Due to high demand, we are unable to amend your booking once purchased. Tickets are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE with absolutely no exceptions. Your ticket is only valid for the session that you have purchased and cannot be used for any other session. Please bring along your confirmation or payment receipt with you on the day either on your smartphone or printed out. We must keep control of the number of people on the farm at any time so you will need a ticket for every member of your group with absolutely no exceptions.

ADULT SUPERVISION
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible supervising adult who is over 18 years of age. Parents/guardians/supervisors are responsible for their own children at all times and should abide by social distancing guidelines.

CHANGES TO USUAL ACTIVITIES
You will find some changes to the way that we normally operate. We have 2 sessions each day, one in the morning from 9:30am – 12pm, and one in the afternoon from 1:30pm – 4:00pm. We must be very strict on these times as it will allow us to complete our deep clean sufficiently. We will make an announcement 15 minutes before closing time to ask our visitors to start making their way towards the exit. We have implemented a one-way system which we are asking all of our visitors to adhere to. You may find that some of our usual activities are not taking place and some areas are closed. We are currently unable to allow our visitors to join in with the Tortoise Bath, and the Petting Barn and Pig Pen are currently closed.

HEALTH AND HYGIENE
If you, or someone you have been in contact with, have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days, please DO NOT enter the farm: a recent onset of a new continuous cough, or high temperature, or a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell. Please stay home and follow government guidance. If you or a member of your group become unwell with any of these symptoms during your time at the farm please tell a member of our staff immediately. Please have tissues to hand, if you need to cough or sneeze please do so into a tissue then throw the tissue in the bin, then wash your hands with soap and water immediately.
As well as our usual handwashing facilities we have added extra hand disinfecting facilities around the farm. We are asking all visitors to use these regularly. Please remember hand disinfectant does not replace handwashing with soap and water, and it is very important that visitors always wash their hands with soap and water after touching any animals and before eating, drinking or smoking. Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose and mouth with unclean hands.

TOILETS
Our toilet facilities will be open with limited capacity to enable social distancing. Our toilets are now unisex, and we ask that only one family bubble enter each toilet building at a time, so there may be a short wait to use the facilities. All of our washrooms will be cleaned thoroughly throughout the day for your safety.

CASH
A number of our rides and attractions and our kiosk are only able to accept cash at this time; these include the Rooster Rally, Digger Corner, the Pirate Shooting Gallery, the Caterpillar Ride, the Kiosk and for the purchase of animal feeding bags. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

FOOD AND DRINK
We have a small kiosk at the farm selling basic snacks and drinks. At this time the kiosk is only able to accept cash, if you would like to make a purchase, please bring along cash, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. As always, we welcome you to bring along your own picnics as we have lots of picnic benches available to use. Where possible, please take your rubbish home with you and dispose of it responsibly.

RIDES AND ATTRACTIONS
We have several coin-operated rides and attractions at the farm including Digger Corner, the Rooster Rally and the Pirate Shooting Gallery. These rides accept £1 coins; if you would like to take part in these rides/attractions you will need to bring cash on the day. We are also only able to accept cash on the Caterpillar ride. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience. If you can bring along the correct change, that would be appreciated.

ANIMAL FEEDING
You are welcome to feed the animals at the farm; if you would like to do so, you can purchase an animal feeding bag from the kiosk. Feeding bags are £1, at this time, we are only able to accept cash as we do not have a card machine. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We will be using disposable feeding bags instead of our usual buckets. Please dispose of your feeding bag in the bin once you have used up your animal feed. If you can bring along the correct change that would be appreciated.

PARKING
You can park free of charge at the farm, however, please bear in mind that spaces are limited and you may need to find parking elsewhere if the car park is full. Users of our car park do so at their own risk; we do not accept any liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.

DOGS
