We have implemented a one-way system in some areas which we are asking all of our visitors to adhere to. You may find that some of our usual activities are not taking place and some areas are closed. We are currently unable to allow our visitors to join in with the Tortoise Bath. Animal petting is taking place in the Petting Barn with a queuing system in place.
HEALTH AND HYGIENE
If you, or someone you have been in contact with, have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days, please DO NOT enter the farm: a recent onset of a new continuous cough, or high temperature, or a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell. Please stay home and follow government guidance. If you or a member of your group become unwell with any of these symptoms during your time at the farm please tell a member of our staff immediately. Please have tissues to hand, if you need to cough or sneeze please do so into a tissue then throw the tissue in the bin, then wash your hands with soap and water immediately.
As well as our usual handwashing facilities we have added extra hand disinfecting facilities around the farm. We are asking all visitors to use these regularly. Please remember hand disinfectant does not replace handwashing with soap and water, and it is very important that visitors always wash their hands with soap and water after touching any animals and before eating, drinking or smoking. Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose and mouth with unclean hands.
Our toilet facilities will be open. Our toilets are now unisex. All of our washrooms will be cleaned thoroughly throughout the day for your safety.
